Booking systems
Your calendar is the business.
Reserve Today runs the classes, the credits, the memberships, the staff leave, the payroll and the shop, on your own address, at a price you can read before you talk to anybody.
- One published price list
- No per-booking or per-member fee
- Runs on your own address
Before the software
None of this is a software problem yet.
It is five separate small failures, and every one of them is survivable on its own. What they have in common is that each needs a person to notice it, and the person is you.
The timetable exists in three places
A Google Sheet, an Instagram story and whatever the front desk has written down. They disagree by the end of most weeks, and the version a member acts on is whichever one she saw last.
Packages get tracked by hand
Ten-class credits, unlimited months, the friend who paid for half a package in cash. Somebody is keeping that in a spreadsheet, and the expiries are the part that quietly goes uncollected.
Leave does not reach the schedule
A teacher tells you on WhatsApp that she is away on Thursday. The Thursday class stays open, a member books it, and you find out when she arrives.
Payroll is a monthly reconstruction
Hours, headcounts and commission worked out from attendance sheets after the fact, every month, by the person who can least afford the evening.
The second studio starts it all again
A new timetable, a second set of spreadsheets, and no single number that tells you how the business is doing rather than how one room is doing.
Who runs it
One system for your local business.
Fifteen trades on this list, and one system underneath all of them. Classes and appointments on the same schedule. Credits, packages and unlimited memberships. A checkout that takes card, FPX, DuitNow and Touch ’n Go, QR check-in at the door, and the whole thing running on an address of your own.
A weekly class timetable, sold as credit bundles or unlimited memberships.
What you would be running
The whole of it, on four screens.
The owner’s week, what a member sees, the leave that closes a class, and the month end that is already worked out. They are one product and they only work because they are.
The four screens
Every class, room, teacher and private session in one week view, across every location on the plan. Overlapping classes are allowed because studios actually run them; double-booking a room is not, because the scheduler holds the room as well as the slot. Change a class here and the members holding it are told, without anybody writing a message.
Your timetable on your own address, with her credit balance at the top and the next class one tap away. Checkout takes card, FPX, DuitNow and Touch 'n Go, because a Malaysian member who is asked for a foreign card at midnight simply closes the tab. QR check-in at the door is hers to operate rather than the front desk's, and the emails that confirm and remind send themselves.
A teacher requests leave in the same system that holds the timetable. Approve it and the scheduler blocks those slots before anybody can book them, which is the whole point and the reason a leave calendar in a separate app is worth nothing. Roles decide who can see what, so a teacher sees her own classes and not the takings.
Attendance becomes hours, hours and headcounts become pay and commission, and the run is there at the end of the month instead of being rebuilt from paper. Alongside it: what each class, teacher and location actually sold, and a retail store for the mats, grips and towels that currently get sold out of a drawer.
These four screens are drawn here rather than captured from a live account. The names and figures in them are invented; no studio’s members, balances or takings appear on this page.
The other side of it
Your member never finds out what any of this is called.
She sees six things, and this is all of them. The test of a booking system is not whether you can operate it. It is whether she gets to the end of this without messaging you.
On your own address, in a browser, with nothing to download first.
A credit block, a package or a membership. Card, FPX, DuitNow or Touch 'n Go.
One tap, and the credit comes off her balance while she watches.
A confirmation, then a reminder before the class. Emails fire on 21 events.
A QR code at the door records the attendance without the front desk.
Her balance is on the screen she lands on, and the next class is one tap from it.
Not one of those six needs anybody at the studio to be awake. That is the whole of what is being bought, and it is the reason every part of it sits on the cheapest plan rather than being held back for the expensive one.
Want to see it against your own timetable?
A demo runs on your actual week rather than an empty account, which is the only way to find out whether it holds your class types, your packages and your teachers.
How the category bills
Most of them charge you again for the second room.
We are not the cheapest way to book one studio, and the table says so. What is different is what happens on the day you open the second one: here a location is an allowance the plan already covers, and almost everywhere else it is a multiplier.
- Reserve TodayMalaysiaEntry planRM 149a monthA second studioIncluded. Two on Studio, five on Group, no per-outlet charge.
- VibefamSingaporeEntry planRM 480a monthA second studioTwo locations included on every plan.

- AoikumoMalaysiaEntry planRM 298a monthA second studioPer outlet.
- RezervSingaporeEntry planRM 264a monthA second studioPer location, and the entry plan covers one only.
Competitor rates are the published entry price on each platform’s own pricing page, read on 15 August 2026. Figures published in dollars are converted at RM 4.40 to the US dollar, so those are our arithmetic rather than their price. Check them before you decide anything: pricing moves, and the structure in the last column is the part that tends not to.
What it costs
Your second studio should not double the bill.
No per-booking fee, no cut of what you sell, no charge per member. Each plan covers a set number of studios rather than billing you for each one, and the parts that decide whether a member trusts you with their money are on every plan there is.

Prices exclude payment processing, which goes to the card provider rather than to us. Every plan starts with a demo rather than a free trial, so you see it running against your own timetable before you decide. Nothing is ever deleted on any plan: the reporting window is how far back one report can reach, not how long we keep your records.

Added when you need it
- Moving your data acrossRM 1,500 to 3,000
- Once. Members, balances, packages and future bookings brought over from whatever you run now. Where it lands in the range depends on how much history comes with you and what shape it arrives in.
The questions that come after the price.
Including the two we would rather you heard from us: there is no member app in the stores, and this is not a website builder. Both are answered below.
Are there per-booking, per-member or per-sale fees?
No. The plan price is the whole software cost. We do not take a cut of what you sell, we do not charge for the member who signs up in March, and we do not meter bookings.
Card and e-wallet processing is the one thing on top, and it goes to the payment provider rather than to us. You would be paying it whoever you ran your booking on.
What does a second location cost?
Nothing extra, up to the number of locations your plan covers. Studio covers two and Group covers five, and there is no per-outlet charge inside that.
Past five it becomes a quote rather than a published rate, because at that size the questions are about migration, reporting and support rather than about seats.
Is there a free trial?
No, and the honest reason is that a trial on an empty account tells you nothing about a booking system. What matters is whether it holds your timetable, your class types, your credit packages and your teachers.
So the first step is a demo run against your actual schedule instead. You see your own week in it before you decide anything.
Do my members get a mobile app?
Not a native one in the app stores. Members book on the web, on your own address, and it is built to be added to a phone's home screen where it behaves like an app.
This is a real difference from some competitors and we would rather you heard it here than found it in a comparison. If a branded app in the stores is a requirement for you, say so at the demo and we will tell you plainly whether we are the right fit.
Does it build my website as well?
No. Reserve Today runs the booking, the timetable, the checkout and the member's account, on your own address. It is not a website builder and there are no page templates in it.
The website is a separate piece of work, and it is one we do. If you need both, the two get built to sit together rather than bolted on afterwards.
Can you move my members across from what I run now?
Yes, and it is the one thing on this page charged as a one-off rather than monthly. Members, remaining credit balances, active packages and future bookings come over.
Where it lands in the range depends on how much history comes with you and what shape it arrives in. An export from another booking platform is a different job from a folder of spreadsheets, and we will tell you which one you have before quoting it.
Who owns the data, and what happens if we leave?
You do. CSV export is on the Group plan and available on request on any plan, and nothing is deleted when a report can no longer reach it.
The reporting window on each plan is how far back one report can look, not how long your records are kept. Those are two different promises and it is worth knowing which is which when you compare us to anybody else.
Can it run on our own domain?
Every plan runs on an address of your own on our domain. Your own domain, pointed at it with a certificate we maintain, is included on Group.
Anything not answered here is a question for the demo. Plans start at RM 149 a month for one location.
